Why running barefoot should be in every runners training plan??

For thousands of years human beings adopted an upright position in the evolution time line, even though we changed and adapt over thousand of years one thing is for sure, humans spent more time barefoot or in improvised sandals than in carbon plate super running shoes.

Nothing agaisnt this shoes, they certainly make you faster and they are light as feathers... but was the human body design to go fast ? or go long? While fast for someone might be slow for another person theres for sure an average speed for every species in the animal kingdom. Also theres muscles and tendoms involved in the movement for this propulsion. So while the running shoes where invented in the 1970s our tendons, muscles and bones where naturally holding our posture and weight we evolved to do so.

So grabing a pair of running shoes and start training on them since day one might just not strengthing your body the way its supposed to be. so go on go barefoot and strengthen your feet the way we are supposed to do.
